Congratulations to all the recent graduates of Chief Warrant Officer Professional Development (CWOPD) Class 05-26!!! What a historic class of 24 newly appointed CWOs! This is the very first CWOPD Class where we had two (2) US Air Force Warrant Officers in attendance as students since the USAF stopped appointing Warrant Officers back in 1959. In 2024, the USAF has since started reinstituting Warrant Officers in its service. We look forward to seeing all the great things they will do for their units and their respective military services! Bravo Zulu, Aim High, and Semper Paratus!!!

OCS Class 2-26 and BOTC 147 are diving headfirst into the foundations of leadership by learning emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and personal accountability. Through this process, they’re beginning to identify their individual strengths and weaknesses and how those traits contribute to a cohesive and effective team.

Uniform and room inspections are in full effect, academics are rigorous, and expectations are high. Through it all, the class is learning how to manage time, push through adversity, and stay focused under pressure. Every challenge is a lesson, and every lesson is building resilient leaders prepared to serve.

OCS Class 2-26 and BOTC 147 have recently completed the Indoctrination phase of the program. This phase emphasizes remedial and incentive training designed to instill discipline, reinforce standards, and develop cohesion by requiring candidates to operate effectively as a unified team.

Concurrently, academic instruction and formal inspections are conducted to emphasize attention to detail, military bearing, and adherence to established standards.

The company has now transitioned into the Leading-Self phase of the program where candidates will begin developing the foundational leadership skills, professional knowledge, and personal accountability required to succeed as future leaders in military service.
