Salary Range: $59,072.00 - $91,624.00
Job Summary: Work involves developing, implementing, and managing databases of Jefferson County's real estate assets using the County's geographic information system (GIS) and other database software. Work also involves managing public property, real property projects ,and programs. Work requires a strict adherence to rules and regulations of the department, local, state, and federal organizations involved in real property projects. County Property Managers are the department expert on real property law and supervise several individuals by assigning and reviewing work.

Chapter 52 held our January meeting at Michie Tavern in Charlottesville this past Friday. As usual, we had a big turnout and enjoyed a delicious meal! Special thanks to our speakers, Sandy Cherry and Adam Cherry.

Chapter 52 hosted the 2019 Region IV Fall Forum in beautiful Old Town, Alexandria, Virginia

Thanks to all that came out and enjoyed the Virginia Oaks and Virginia Derby at Colonial Downs with us on August 31st. We look forward to seeing everyone at our next event!
