Being a deep empath is my superpower.”

In Part 3 of this HERO Dads story, he opens up about the pain of being out of his daughter’s life and his willingness to reach out for help.

When he needed it most, HERO Dads gave him the space to take off the mask, to cry, and to fully be himself without judgment.

He’s learning that vulnerability isn’t weakness, that asking for help doesn’t make him less of a father or any less of a man.
And that his deep empathy isn’t his weakness. It’s his strength.

As Hero Dads we don’t need to feel less.
We need to know that we don’t have to carry that weight all alone.
