Been a few years since I made this sauce - made a small batch today. Bring on the heat!

Another experimental sauce today with a LOT of Carolina Reapers. It's very flavorful and intense, with a ludicrous amount of heat Maybe even maximum plaid.

Not sure what I'm going to name it, but it is by far and away the hottest sauce I've ever made. Any suggestions? By the way, "Almost Killed My Wife" has already been thought of and rejected by the home government.

Experimental sauce today - Double Carolina! It's a Carolina mustard BBQ sauce base with Carolina Reaper peppers and a few spices.

Sweet, tangy, tart and a hell of kick! If I can get my hands on enough peppers, this one just may make it into the lineup.

Perfect Pear on pork, even breakfast sausage! Yummy wake me up!

Cooked up 270 bottles of sauce yesterday - 2 dozen of #11, 9 1/2 dozen of #7 and 11 dozen of #3. A very long day, lots of lessons learned!

The regulatory fun continues - sauces #3, #7 and #11 are ready to submit to the FDA! Finally gearing up for a big batch of each!

We've been experimenting and have a couple of new sauces this weekend. Not sure it they'll make the final cut and get into the lineup or not, but both are really tasty!

#9 Toasty Ghosty is a sweet roasted carrot and pepper sauce with a hell of a kick, while #4 Big Mack's Red Hot is a tobasco/cayenne blend classic Louisiana hot sauce.
