“THE FAULT IN OUR STARS”
Which part of the story do you like to know? Is it the beginning, the on-going, or the end?

Many of us only like to share the end of our stories when they have turned out to be what we expected.
And even when we are telling our story we share lightly on the on-going session; we quickly share the beginning and jump to the end because that shows our strength rather than our weaknesses.
But the essence of a true story must fully elaborate all the parts: the beginning which is the motivation, the on-going where character is built, values, principles and faith are tested, and the end where we give hope to others.
Our journey in every circumstance or sphere, is never to our own benefit, but serves as a pathway for others and a light to ourselves and the world.
The world has changed, time runs faster than it used to be not because the seconds, minutes and hours have been altered. But because we are always looking forward to what is ahead and slightly gliding through the present. We begin the year and we are already making plans for the end of it, running through holidays like it is getting in our way. Tell me if decorations for Halloween, Thanksgiving and possibly Christmas are not already out in the shops and everywhere.
Sadly, we are loosing one of the most important virtues of life and everything about it…PATIENCE. Even children do not have the opportunity to be children anymore; a child should be talking, sitting, pointing, eating, reading, dressing up on their own, listen to instructions, be attentive, know the names of people, etc. and etc. at certain months. And woe onto that child who dares to be any less or miss out on any of the stipulated qualities or abilities, that child is deemed ABNORMAL, or simply put…Autistic.
Boys cannot be boys anymore, and girls have their own battles to face in the future.
Parents are pressured by the system to comply with whatever they are told or they face the consequences of their actions. Parents can hardly affirm their convictions about their children even though they know them better than anyone else.
Welcome to the world where you are confused as to what to believe or who to trust because you might be just a phase in someone’s life or just a statistic number of someone’s goals and ambitions.
I wish for the time when people were true, when people believed and relied on each other, when people mattered, when a harm meted on one meant harm for all, when love was all that we needed, putting people FIRST!
Oh…If only we can slow things down in order to enjoy the views of our journey towards our destination.
