***Update on the Proposed Draft Greenwich Ordinance on Blighted Buildings and Properties***
I am currently chairing an RTM subcommittee who will be proposing a draft ordinance to address the issue of blighted homes in our community (such as this one in Byram which was torn down). I understand the toll these types of issues can have on a neighborhood. Our committee has worked hard to weight the rights of property owners versus those of the neighbors. We have met approximately twelve times and analyzed and referenced many other blight ordinances. We hope to present a draft at the March RTM meeting for comment and suggestions from the community. It has been such an honor to contribute to Greenwich to help work on this difficult issue.

Connecticut Bet Big on the Suburbs. That Might Finally Pay Off. The state never recovered from the last recession, as people passed over its pastoral towns to live in big cities. Officials now hope to capitalize on interest from New Yorkers looking for more space in the midst of Covid-19.
It’s a win!! I am so happy to announce I was successful tonight in my campaign to become a Member of the Greenwich Representative Town Meeting (RTM). I am proud to represent my Community and District 11. Thank you for everyone’s help and support.
