Even though we did not win, it was an overall great experience. I have learned so much on this that I will take with me for my future endeavors.

I want to thank all 3,201 voters who decided to intrust me with their vote. A 19 year old black republican in one of the bluest districts got 31.96% of the vote against a 10 year democrat incumbent. This is just the beginning and please stay tuned for what’s next to come.

Yesterday was the last day of early voting. Since the start of early voting I have been out every single day talking with voters and community members. Everyone can agree that it’s time for a new prespective and fresh face on the School Board.

I am the only person running who has graduated from Prince William County schools in the last 3 years. I have been to 4 schools in this county and 3 within my district. I have seen firsthand the issues we face inside our schools.

November 7th, this TUESDAY is Election Day. The Woodbridge district has the opportunity to make history and elect the youngest person to the Prince William county school board. It’s not over yet. Please make a plan to vote.

With less than 25 days until the election this campaign has gained momentum. We have democrats, independents and republicans supporting us because it’s not about party politics it’s about our schools.

Each and every student deserves the best possible education in order to be successful. Each student and teacher must feel safe in every school. It’s time for new leadership along with a new perspective on the board.

I’m the only person running for school board who has graduated from PWCS in the last 3 years. Prince William County will make history and elect the youngest school board member.

It’s time for a NEW perspective on the school board. It’s time for a FRESH face with NEW ideas. We must keep our SCHOOLS SAFE, provide the necessary funding to FIX OUR INFRASTRUCTURE and ensure that students here in Prince William County receive the BEST POSSIBLE EDUCATION across the county.

On August 16th, 2022 I announced that I will be running for School Board in the Woodbridge District. It has been a little over a year. I have met so many good people, learned many new things, and grew as a person.

At the start I’ve been told that I wouldn’t win because I’m “too young…” but over time I’ve had people encourage me, pray with me as well as for me. When people comment on my age I tell them “I’m not running for President, I’m running for school board in a school system that I’ve spent a majority of my life in.”

There is no candidate running in this race that has the experience I have. I have first hand knowledge on what occurs in our schools. I’ve attended 3 schools in the Woodbridge district and the only one who has graduated from PWCS in the past 3 years. We need a student perspective to get our schools back on track.

This has been a great journey so far let’s win this November!!!!

Yesterday I had the opportunity to attend the African American Heritage Festival for the very first time. I had the opportunity to engage and talk with people from all over the county.

Listening and talking with people you gain so much knowledge. It was a great experience and I can’t wait to come back again next year.
