HAFFD is asking for transparency — and we have formally put our questions in writing.

Public filings indicate that Haiti’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship entered into a U.S. advocacy agreement with Drake Ventures, LLC at $65,000 per month.

HAFFD has sent a formal letter to Minister of Foreign Affairs Raina Forbin requesting clarity on the contract’s purpose, approval process, funding, deliverables, oversight, and expected results.

Haiti has every right to advocate for its interests in Washington. The Haitian people and diaspora also deserve clear information about how public resources are being used and what outcomes are expected.

This is a question of governance, transparency, and public accountability.

Swipe through to see the questions HAFFD has raised.

Repost and share this information with your networks so more members of the Haitian community and diaspora can see the public record and the questions being asked.
