Today begins the process of collecting signatures to get Democrats on the ballot. Volunteers will come to your door, and we ask all Democrats to open the door and sign the many petitions for the many candidates. Everyone has a job to do to keep democracy flourishing! If you’d like to help collect signatures or hold events to support our candidates, our DMs are open!

Want to get involved but not sure how? Want to make new friends who share your feelings about the current moment? Bring your family and come hang out with Democrats from across Putnam, including our local 2025 candidates. There will be ice cream and small animals and lots of grass to run around. I want to thank the League of Women Voters for hosting a candidate forum between myself and Matt Slater Tuesday night for the 94th District. It was great that voters got to hear directly from us about our platform and issues. I was especially proud to defend my support for the Equal Rights Amendment, women's reproductive rights here in NY, and bringing in young voices to politics, as well as my plans on how to actually fix our housing shortage. I'm glad to see that even as opponents, Matt and I agree on the importance of the housing affordability crisis and tackling water issues. Thanks to everyone that came out!
