Important update about NYC Medicare Advantage Plus Plan A state judge on Oct. 21 ordered an extension of the deadline for Medicare-eligible city retirees to opt out of the NYC Medicare Advantage Plus Plan to give you and medical providers more time to learn about this unique health care plan. We'll let you know as soon as the new deadline is set.

The in-person early voting period started yesterday and runs through October 31st. Voting will then continue on Election Day, November 2nd.

Please take a look at the UFT endorsed candidates for Bronx City Council Districts. We can't stress enough the importance of voting in this election.
