LET"S ALL PRAY for the safety of everyone

♱In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen. We come before you with hearts filled with concern as we face the threat of a typhoon. We humbly ask for your mercy and protection. Calm the raging winds and surging waters.

Psalm 107:29 ("He made the storm be still, and the waves of the sea were hushed")

Isaiah 43:2 ("When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you"

𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐘 𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐘, 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓5 - Another testament to the unwavering commitment of the Philippine National Police Aviation Security Group (PNP AVSEGROUP) to uphold the law and maintain airport security, a wanted individual was successfully apprehended at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3.

Through close coordination between the Bureau of Immigration and the personnel of NAIA Police Station 3, authorities served two warrants of arrest against a 32-year-old female departing passenger bound for Doha, Qatar. The first was issued by the Municipal Trial Court, Quezon City, Branch 140, for violation of Batas Pambansa Bilang 22 (Bouncing Check Law) with a recommended bail of Php120,000.00. The second warrant originated from the Municipal Trial Court, Makati City, Branch 56, for violation of Republic Act No. 11199 (Social Security Act of 2018), with a recommended bail of Php72,000.00.

The arrested individual was properly informed of the nature of the charges and her constitutional rights under the Miranda Doctrine. The arrest was conducted in accordance with proper procedures, with a Body Worn Camera utilized to ensure transparency and accountability.

The suspect was subsequently brought to the NAIA Police Station 3 for documentation and the return of the warrants to their respective issuing courts.

"The successful arrest at NAIA Terminal 3 is a clear demonstration of our strong coordination with our partner agencies and our collective commitment to the rule of law," said PBGen Jay Reyes Cumigad, Director of the PNP AVSEGROUP. # # #
