Join the New School's resident Art Therapist, Kelley Linhardt, every week for 90 minutes of uninhibited, non-judgmental and self-directed art for fun, relaxation and bliss. Don't have 90 minutes? Come for 30! Come once, come twice or join us weekly. No commitment required and art materials are free. Finish off your week with creativity! A valid New School ID is required.

According to yogic philosophy, kundalini is a spiritual energy or life force located at the base of the spine...come learn more and try out some at our FREE Kundalini Yoga class offered by one of our very own residents! Yummy snacks will be provided :)

Have you SEEN the film "Fire" by Indian director Deepa Mehta? she's amazing and so is the movie, come and watch it in the lounge tomorrow at 9pm. We'll have snacks, and The New School's Q***r Collective will facilitate a critical discussion about the film afterwards. Relax a little before finals season is in full swing!

Join Lesley and Adrian in the lounge on Sunday at 3pm to earn $10 by participating in a short psychology survey hosted by faculty from the New School for Social Research!! The facilitators will provide information about the study before and afterwards. Gain some experience participating in an official psych research study and some money! If you meet the requirements below join us on Sunday at 3pm in the lounge. Refreshments will be served!

1. You must either identify as African American or European American.
2. You must have been born in the USA and both parents born in USA
3. Participate in the 10-15 minute study.
4. Earn 10 dollars CASH!

Earth Week 2013 starts this Saturday with Parsons Fashion's Recycled Runway taking the stage at the Green Festival at the Javits Center and concluding Tuesday, 4/30 with a panel discussion on campus about the Divest! movement and unsustainable investing by universities.
