The Organization for Communal Economic Action Now ("OCEAN") is a community activist grassroots organization for the economic empowerment and mobilization of the Black community through economic initiatives. Through economic growth and empowerment, we seek to resolve other aspects of the human and civil rights crises we face, including political, educational and social barriers to positive change.
