Last month PO Sosa and PO Sanchez Zapata apprehended a trio responsible for a string of assaults throughout East Harlem, all without incident.
We want to thank the Chief of Patrol Borough Manhattan North, Chief Stephenson, for stopping by the 23rd Precinct and acknowledging our officers' great police work!
