Advocating a Democrat Party Progressive Agenda in Lower Manhattan. The LMD is a political club active in Lower Manhattan.
Most of our members reside in the 65th and 66th Assembly Districts (the districts represented by Assemblymembers Sheldon Silver and Deborah Glick). We actively seek the membership of all Democrats who want to become engaged in the selection of progressive candidates to represent our district and have a dialogue with our elected officials regarding the needs and wishes of the people who they represent.
