Although you may eat well and exercise, your mental health and spiritual well-being need care as well. Make sure you are checking all the boxes for spiritual nutrition.
Are you feeding your mind with the Word?
Are you setting healthy boundaries, or are you people pleasing?
Wellness is physical, yes — but being mentally free is spiritual too. Protect your peace, nourish your soul, and allow GOD to heal the areas people cannot see.

Daily Prayer 🙏🏾
Heavenly Father,
Today I come before You with an open heart, asking for the willingness to change. Lord, remove anything in me that is not pleasing to You. Take away my pride, my ego, selfishness, jealousy, anger, and anything that keeps me from growing closer to You.
Teach me how to surrender fully to Your will, even when it is uncomfortable. Help me to let go of old habits, unhealthy thinking, and anything that blocks my purpose. Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me.
Lord, give me strength to accept correction, wisdom to make better choices, and faith to trust the process of transformation. When I feel weak, remind me that Your grace is sufficient. When I want to give up, remind me that You are still working on me.
Help me to walk in love, humility, patience, and obedience. Let my life reflect Your light so others may see You through me. I surrender my heart, mind, and spirit to You today.
In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

Prayer of Gratitude and Covering
Thank You, Lord, for the bread and the wine of life,
for Your sacrifice, Your love, and Your grace that sustains us daily.
Lord, I ask that You bless all who are listening,
and even those who feel distant, weary, or in despair.
Meet them right where they are, Father.
Cover them in Your precious blood,
shield them from harm, calm every storm within them,
and restore their hope and strength.
Remind them, Lord, that they are never alone,
that You are near to the brokenhearted
and faithful to deliver.
We trust You, we honor You,
and we thank You for Your unfailing love.
