🏳️⚧️ Trans Rights Are Human Rights.
This , CCHR is launching a citywide campaign to raise awareness of protections for transgender and gender nonconforming New Yorkers under the NYC Human Rights Law, in partnership with the Mayor's Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs and NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
As reports of gender identity discrimination reach a five-year high, we're making sure New Yorkers know their rights!

Since Commissioner Clarke took office, we've secured tenancies for numerous households who experienced discrimination because of a housing voucher. And almost 1,000 apartments are either occupied by voucher holders or being held exclusively for such renters.
