The Truffle Farm
The first five hundred Hazelnut and Oak trees were planted in the fall of 2012, followed by another 500 in the fall of 2013, not a good year because of the super cold winter, so we replanted in 2014. From there they have grown to over twelve feet and are mature enough to hopefully produce Truffles, (we shall see). Nelson the incredible truffle hunter is ready to go as long as I have plenty of treats.
