20th Precinct Youth Officers Scalici and Coleman attended the PC For A Day essay awards ceremony. A student from our Upper West Side community received an award for his excellent work and essay on subway safety.

20th Precinct YCOs Officers Scalici, Martinez, and Coleman, presented the NYPD Safe Summer program to the students of LaGuardia HS. They were joined by the NYPD Youth Response Team, Transit Community Affairs, and Human Trafficking Unit. They discussed the dangers of gun violence, subway surfing, and how social media is affecting the youth.
