It’s a busy spring over here at Two bridges home improvement llc.! Check out this major renovation we’re doing in belle harbor. Rear addition, new concrete porch, second floor deck, and interior renovation moving along nicely. Siding going up next week. 

Another renovation just about complete. New stairs, stair rails, tile floors, Andersen Windows, gas, burning fireplace, and new bathroom. 

Finally blessed with some good weather this week making nice progress on this addition. Windows in ready to get this siding in and closed up.

Another basement complete and another happy customer. This basement was built to be flood resilient. All walls are insulated with closed Cell Spray Foam, 100% PVC wall panels and trim all painted with a nice board and batten finish. And of course, we made sure to put in a sewage ejector pump and a properly piped sump pump in the event of flooding. Another basement done right. Need your basement renovated? Call us 917-951-7974.

Building renovation recently completed in Floyd Bennet Field for the Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks Conservancy. This was a very old building and came a very long way. Great organization to work with. I’m sure they will be doing some great work in this building.
