NYC Autism Charter Schools celebrated 100 days of creating possibilities this 2025 - 2026 academic year! Here’s to the next 100 days!

❤️💙💜 Friendship & Kindness Day at NYC Autism Charter Schools was all smiles and sweet moments!
Our students celebrated with a photo booth 📸, arts & crafts 🎨, and sweet treats 🍪—because kindness is better when it’s shared with friends. From big laughs to creative masterpieces, the day was full of smiles and heart. 💜💙❤️

Recently we were chosen by the New York Junior League as one of their 2026 Community Improvement Projects! Last weekend a group of their members began a renovation of our Life Skills Center in East Harlem. Nothing like a group of women rolling up their sleeves and getting stuff done!

Two of our Clinical Supervisors, Jackie Abrams and Alex Nieto, had the opportunity to present to 60 educators at Mid‑Bronx Early Childhood Center. Their presentation, “Autism in the Classroom: Addressing Challenging Behavior,” highlighted effective practices to teach adaptive alternatives to challenging behavior. 
We’re grateful for the chance to collaborate, learn together, and strengthen our shared commitment to supporting every child 🌟

NYC Autism Charter Schools could not wait until spring training to start baseball season! Our 2026 started this week with the incredible coaches James and Edwin from the fabulous ! ⚾️🏟️

The new year brings exciting news for NYC Autism Charter Schools - we’re in the news! at featured our East Harlem program to highlight our piano recital and to underscore the importance of teaching essential life-skills. We had a blast spreading cheer—delivering gifts to our amazing community partners —school foods staff, our EH colocated school CPSE2, and community based instruction partners like , to name a few — all while rocking our festive holiday sweaters. Grateful for the chance to give gifts to show our appreciation and celebrate the holiday season both for those within and outside of our schools! See everyone in the new year!
