Last Day of Spirit Week: Character Con 9th Annual Celebration!!! Students and staff dressed up as their favorite book character, paraded around the perimeter of the school and returned back to the school for an engaging in school wide read-aloud. 📖🎉

Day 3&4 of PS 8M Fall Spirit Week!!
Spooky hair or hat Wednesday followed by Fall Flannel Thursday! 🍂🍁

Day 1&2 of our Fall Spirit Week. Students and staff kicked off the week by showing up to school wearing proudly our PS8 gear, followed by Tuesdays Trick-or-treat t-shirt or favorite fall shirt.

Principal Cohort at PS 192- Building Teacher Empowerment. Mr. Hernandez, along with one of our amazing PS8m teachers, participated in a professional workshop focused on teacher empowerment and instructional leadership. Together, they’re bringing new ideas and strategies back to our school community to support student success!

P.S. 8M will be celebrating Fall Spirit Week from Monday, October 27th through Friday, October 31st, 2025! Let’s make it a week to remember! 🎉
