Visiting the Historic Harlem Fire Watchtower Harlemites and preservationists welcomed back the historic Harlem fire Watchtower in October, 2019 after a four-year renovation, beginning in 2015.
The Urban Park Rangers will open the tower at 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm on Saturday if anyone wants to go up and enjoy the view.

The Urban Park Rangers will have the Fire Watchtower open this Sunday starting at 1:00 pm. Visitors will be able to climb up to the top and enjoy the views.

The tower is open today from 1:00-3:00 pm and if you take the stairs on the East side of the mountain you can view Susan Stair’s public art installed in 3 locations along the staircase

There were no trees and the building you see on the right had a bathroom in it.

Sharing upcoming dates when the tower will be open. Visitors can climb up to the observation deck and ringing the bell is strongly encouraged.
