Deeply grateful to the First Baptist Church of Bay Shore for opening their doors and hearts to host such an inspiring Meet the Candidates event.

Walking into that room, the warmth and unity were palpable, a tight-knit community bound by genuine love, purpose, and dedication to one another. We had meaningful, powerful conversations centered on the issues that matter most right here in our neighborhood, driven by essential Black voices and local leaders who care deeply about our shared future.

Hearing from so many neighbors that they’re energized to vote the Democratic ticket up and down the ballot means the world. With just 22 days until November 3rd, every conversation and every vote counts. Let’s keep pushing forward and making a difference together! 🗳️

Incredible energy at Thursday night’s meet-and-greet!

Huge thanks to Elise for being such a gracious host (and for the fantastic w**e and bites!), and to everyone who came out to support our slate of Suffolk candidates. Great to spend the evening alongside Abigail, Jon, Pat, Chris, and the rest of the team.

Great to spend Wednesday evening at the Sayville Civic Association meeting discussing the real issues impacting our community.

We had an honest conversation about public safety and local concerns over Suffolk’s Flock camera program, focusing on privacy, data safeguards, and keeping surveillance out of outside hands like ICE, along with long-overdue sewer infrastructure to protect our South Shore water and ensuring our public libraries stay fully funded and protected.

It’s wonderful that this group meets every Wednesday to tackle what Albany often overlooks, and I’m deeply grateful to the Sayville Civic Association for inviting me to speak!

25 days till election day, let’s keep pushing making sure we are getting everyone you know registered and ready to vote!

You really can’t make this up.

Today, I walked into the Sayville Library for our campaign meet and greet, and working behind the desk was my kindergarten teacher from Copiague, Mrs.DeMott.

Twenty years later, across towns, we recognized each other immediately. She told me she remembered me as the kid who was curious, and the kid she made sure had clothes and food when things were tough at home.

Growing up in Copiague wasn’t always easy, but it was our public school teachers who looked out for me, kept me afloat, and believed in me before I even knew what the future held. Hearing her say today that she’s proud of me and ready to vote for her former kindergarten student to represent our community in the New York State Senate brought me to tears.

This is why I’m running. I’m running for the educators who go above and beyond for our kids, the families who need a safety net, and the communities that raise us. Full circle doesn’t even begin to describe it.

What a room! Huge thank you to the Islip Town Dems for having me out for such an incredible Meet & Greet.

Loved having real conversations, hearing directly from the community, and seeing such a strong turnout. Bonus: we officially debuted our very first lawn signs, and the energy in the room went fast!

As always, the best part of doing this work is the people. Huge shout out to Chris for doing a superb job behind the camera, as always.

When victims and witnesses are scared to show up to court, nobody is safe.

Instead of tackling high costs or healthcare, Jarett Gandolfo wants to repeal the Protect Our Courts Act and allow warrantless ICE arrests outside local courthouses.

When courts aren’t safe to access, crimes go unsolved. Long Island deserves real safety, not political scare tactics.
