Since 1962, the Conservative Party has been the voice of the conservative movement in New York State.

Votes cast on the Conservative Party line have provided the margin of victory for many state-wide, congressional, and local races.

Appreciated the opportunity to share why I am the most qualified candidate to represent NY-21 in Congress this evening.

As the only lifelong Republican in this race, I have fought for our values in Albany and I will do the same in Washington.

You deserve a Congressman who understands the issues and who has the character to represent you.

I am a servant leader who deeply cares about this district and it's people.

I hope to earn your vote on June 23rd.

Anthony Constantino is willing to hide behind fancy ads filled with lies and disinformation but when given the chance to debate, he cannot be found. Bob Smullen is endorsed by the Conservative Party. He has a solid voting record, is a decorated Marine veteran & he is a solid member of his community.

Congressional candidate Anthony Constantino cited his desire not to "disrespect" President Donald Trump as his reason for refusing to participate in a primary debate against his Republican opponent, Assembly Member Robert Smullen. Constantino stated that because President Trump had endorsed him, the race was already decided.
Constantino has also declined invitations to debate Smullen in debates sponsored by CBS6 in Albany, 100.7 FM in Utica, and a joint debate held by TV stations in Watertown and Plattsburgh.

🚨NY Dems running for House want fed funding for ‘Drag Story Hour’ as city, state spend $700K🚨

NYS Conservative Party Chairman Gerard Kassar warned that what sells in the most liberal precincts of New York won’t fly across the nation.
“It’s a very inappropriate use of taxpayer dollars. It’s pushing extremism,” Kassar said.👇

Rockland County families, seniors, and small businesses are already struggling with radical policies from Albany that have increased taxes and spending, and made us less safe.

Now Albany Democrats - with Joe Rand’s support - passed a dangerous, new “sanctuary state” law protecting criminal illegals and handcuffing law enforcement. They are out of control!!!

Senator Weber voted NO!

🚨🚨

Upstate New Yorkers deserve to know where their elected representatives are putting their money and support. While families are focused on affordability, public safety, and strengthening our communities, Josh Riley has invested in businesses tied to divisive political activism.

We need new leadership focused on the issues that matter most to hardworking New Yorkers, not advancing a radical social agenda.

Albany just passed a $268.5 billion budget, up $14.5 billion in one year, with no plan to fix a $27.5 billion deficit.

I ran the full math. Two paths. Every number sourced from the NY State Comptroller.

PATH A — RAISE TAXES, CUT NOTHING:

Pull 10 revenue levers and you raise $15.2 billion, a $2.7 billion cushion against a $12.5 billion annual gap. But NY is already ranked dead last in tax competitiveness and the top 1% pay 40% of all city income tax. Push them out and the plan collapses.

PATH B — CUT SPENDING, NO NEW TAXES:

Cut Medicaid, freeze school aid, shrink the workforce. Best case: $13.2 billion saved, a razor-thin $700 million cushion. But every dollar cut from Medicaid loses a matching federal dollar. Debt service can’t be touched.

BOTH FAIL LONG-TERM:

Spending grows 7.9% automatically every year. The real hidden deficit is $20 billion, not $12.5 billion, once you strip out the accounting tricks.

THE ONLY REAL ANSWER:

A hard Medicaid cap. School aid reform. Workforce discipline. Combined with targeted revenue measures. The fiscal strategy a Comptroller is supposed to demand.

This is the cold hard truth.

DiNapoli has been Comptroller 18 years and never once demanded it.

New Yorkers pay the most and get the least accountability.

That ends in November.

Since 1981 the Brooklyn Conservative Party and local Boy Scouts have conducted a POW/MIA flag presentation to the NYC Parks Department at Old Glory Look Out Point. Joining Chairwoman Fran Vella Marrone, Chairman Jerry Kassar and the Boy Scouts for the presentation are Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis, State Senator Steven Chan, Assembly members Lester Chang, Kalman Yegar, Michael Tannousis, Alec Brook krasny, Michael Novakhov, Council members David Carr, Susan Zhuang and Inna Vernikov. A large crowd not shown in photo witnessed the event. From there the Boy Scouts and Conservative Party marched in the Brooklyn Memorial Day Parade the oldest in the nation.
