This , we're celebrating what's possible when New Yorkers have access to green careers. 🌍

HOPE trainees and graduates spent the past year coating ~300K sq ft of rooftops, maintaining 14 rain gardens that captured 2.7 million gallons of stormwater, diverting 7,000+ lbs of green waste from landfills, and avoiding 1,070 tons of CO₂ — the equivalent of taking 230 cars off the road for a full year. That work reached 2,578+ residents living in cooler, more affordable homes.

We're committed to equipping New Yorkers with lasting green careers — and building more resilient neighborhoods along the way.
