As a non-profit organization based in the Oklahoma City area, our mission is to assist veterans in establishing self-sufficiency by providing them with the necessary tools and resources. We are committed to supporting veterans who have served our country and are facing the challenges of homelessness, by offering access to emergency housing and a comprehensive list of resources. Through our efforts, we aim to empower veterans with the opportunity to transition from homelessness to permanent housing, and ultimately achieve a sense of self-sufficiency and independence.

🇺🇸 BIG PROJECT UPDATE WE NEED OUR COMMUNITY! 🇺🇸

We’re excited to share an update on our soon-to-be new location, just south of Fort Worth! The blueprints are attached, and we couldn’t be more excited about what this building could mean for veterans in need.

This is a 25,000 square foot building on approximately 3 acres total, with approximately 1 acre in the back currently vacant, giving us the opportunity to potentially build something else in the future.

The building has approximately 60 rooms, meaning we could potentially provide a safe place to stay and a fresh start for up to 60 veterans who are currently living on the streets. ❤️🇺🇸

But turning this vision into reality is going to take an entire community coming together.

There is a LOT of work that needs to be done, including:

🏠 Roof replacement
❄️ HVAC
⚡ Complete electrical rewiring and new panel boxes
🚰 Plumbing
🎨 Painting
🪵 Flooring
🪟 Window replacement
🚗 Parking lot repaving
🛠️ Construction & repairs
🧰 And much more!

We are going to need volunteers, skilled tradespeople, businesses, organizations, donors, and everyday community members willing to roll up their sleeves and help us get this project off the ground.

🔨 Plumbing
⚡ Electrical
🛠️ Construction & repairs
🎨 Painting & renovations
🪚 Carpentry
🧰 General labor
🚚 Materials, supplies & equipment
❤️ And volunteers of all kinds!

We will be posting a detailed list of items and materials we need for this project very soon.

This isn't just a building project.

This is an opportunity to change lives.

Every room we complete represents a potential safe place for a veteran. Every volunteer hour represents someone taking another step toward getting back on their feet. Every donated item helps us get closer to opening those doors.

We believe that when a community comes together, amazing things can happen.

If you’re a veteran, a contractor, a skilled tradesperson, a business owner, part of a church or organization, or simply someone who wants to give back, we want you to be part of this journey.

🇺🇸 Let’s build more than a building. Let’s build hope, stability, and a new beginning for our veterans.

This is just the beginning. Who’s ready to be part of something BIG?

Please share this post and help us spread the word. The more people who see this, the more veterans we can help. 🇺🇸❤️

❤️Please Help These Seniors Find a Safe Place to Call
Home❤️

Our elderly neighbors deserve to spend their later years with dignity, security, and peace of mind. Right now, vulnerable seniors in Fort Worth are facing displacement and need our community to come together.

Imagine being older, having built a life and a home, and suddenly facing the uncertainty of where you will live next.

No senior should have to face that alone.
We're asking our friends, family, neighbors, and community to please take a moment to read their story and, if you're able, help support this effort.

🙏Every donation matters. Every share matters. Every
prayer and word of encouragement matters.
Even if you can't donate, please share this post. Your share could reach someone who can make a difference and help these seniors find a safe, stable place to call home.

🏡 Let's come together as a community and remind them that they are not forgotten and they are not alone.

Please help if you can donate, share, and spread the word.❤️

🇺🇸 A HEARTFELT THANK YOU 🇺🇸

Last night, a veteran took the time to stop and help us change a tire. You wanted to remain anonymous, and we completely respect that.

We just want you to know how truly grateful we are for your kindness and willingness to help.

Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can mean so much, and your generosity did not go unnoticed.

Thank you for your service, thank you for helping us, and thank you for being an example of what it means to care for others. ❤️🇺🇸

You may have wanted to remain anonymous, but just know this:

WE THANK YOU, AND GOD SEES YOU. 🙏🇺🇸

May God bless you and your family. ❤️

🇺🇸 HELP US HONOR A VETERAN WHO SERVED OUR COUNTRY 🇺🇸

We are currently working to help provide a grave marker for a United States Air Force veteran who is buried at Homewood Gardens in Homewood, Illinois.

Sadly, this veteran passed away with no one available to claim his remains, and he is currently resting in an unmarked grave.

We believe every veteran who answered the call to serve our country deserves to be remembered and honored. ❤️🇺🇸

We are asking our community to help us make it possible to place a proper grave marker at his final resting place.

If you would like to help us honor his service and make sure he is never forgotten, every donation large or small can make a difference.

Today, we remember September 11, 2001, and the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost.

We honor the victims, their families, the first responders, and all those whose lives were forever changed. May we never forget their stories, their courage, and the strength shown in the days that followed.

11/09/2026

Twenty-five years ago tonight, millions of Americans went to bed quietly, believing tomorrow would be just another ordinary day.

We had no idea that when the sun rose the next morning, our lives and our nation would be changed forever.

That night, hundreds packed suitcases they would never open.

Thousands went to sleep beside someone they loved for the very last time.

Moms and dads tucked their children into bed. Children closed their eyes, never knowing that the hug, kiss, or “I love you” they received that night would be their last from Mommy or Daddy.

Firefighters, police officers, paramedics, and countless other first responders went to bed expecting to wake up and report for another ordinary shift.

People set their alarm clocks. They laid out clothes for work. They made plans for meetings, lunches, flights, birthdays, anniversaries, vacations, and weekends.

Some went to bed angry with someone they loved, believing there would always be a tomorrow to make things right.

There is something haunting about the night before September 11, 2001.

It was so completely ordinary.

And that is the part I can't stop thinking about.

None of them knew.
None of us knew.

Tomorrow was never promised to the nearly 3,000 souls we would lose that day.

And twenty five years later, tomorrow still isn't promised to any of us.

Maybe that is one of the lessons we should carry with us from September 11.

Say “I love you.”

Give the extra hug.

Forgive a little faster.

Put down the phone and spend time with the people sitting beside you.

Call your parents.

Hug your children.

Kiss your spouse goodnight.

Don't wait until tomorrow to say the things that matter today.

Never forget the families who waited for loved ones who never came home.

Never forget the names of the nearly 3,000 innocent people whose lives were taken that day.

Never forget the firefighters who climbed the stairs while others were desperately trying to escape.

Never forget the police officers, paramedics, emergency workers, airline crews, and ordinary citizens who showed extraordinary bravery in the face of unimaginable danger.

Never forget the people who opened their homes to strangers, donated blood, stood in endless lines to help, and prayed for people they had never met.

Never forget the silence that fell over our cities.

Never forget the flags that appeared on homes, cars, businesses, and streets across America.

For a brief moment, political labels seemed to disappear.

We weren't Republicans or Democrats.

We weren't divided by arguments on television or social media.

We were simply Americans.

We mourned together.

We prayed together.

We stood together.

And we reminded one another that our differences were never greater than our shared love for this country and for one another.

Twenty-five years have passed, but the memories remain.

For those who lived through it, September 11 isn't just a date on a calendar.

It is a sound.

A feeling.

A photograph.

A phone call.

A face you will never forget.

A name you still remember.

A moment when the world suddenly changed.

And for those who were not yet born or were too young to remember, may we continue to tell them what happened not only so they understand the tragedy, but so they understand the courage that followed it.

May they learn that hatred can destroy lives, but love can bring people together.

May they learn that courage doesn't mean you're not afraid. It means you choose to do what is right even when you are terrified.

May they learn that heroes don't always wear uniforms.

Sometimes they are the person who runs toward danger.

Sometimes they are the stranger who reaches out a hand.

Sometimes they are the family member who simply refuses to let someone grieve alone.

And sometimes, being a hero means remembering.

Tonight, twenty-five years later, let's remember.

Remember the innocent.

Remember the heroes.

Remember the families.

Remember the sacrifices.

Remember the unity.

Remember the prayers.

Remember the kindness.

Remember the courage.

And most importantly, remember that life can change in a moment.

So love your people while you can.

Make the phone call.

Send the text.

Say the apology.

Give the hug.

Hold your children a little tighter.

Tell your spouse how much they mean to you.

Call your parents while you still can.

Don't assume there will be another chance.

Because none of us knows what tomorrow holds.

Twenty-five years ago tonight, people went to bed making plans for tomorrow.

Some planned vacations.

Some planned weddings.

Some planned business meetings.

Some planned family dinners.

Some simply planned to wake up and go to work.

They thought they had tomorrow.

But tomorrow never came for nearly 3,000 of them.

So tonight, as we remember September 11, 2001, let's honor their lives by making the most of ours.

Let's be kinder.

Let's forgive.

Let's love more openly.

Let's help one another.

Let's stand together.

Let's remember that we are stronger when we refuse to let hatred divide us.

Twenty-five years later, the greatest tribute we can give those we lost may be to never take another ordinary night or another ordinary morning for granted.

Hold your loved ones close tonight.

Look around the table.

Listen to the laughter.

Cherish the noise.

Be grateful for the people who are still here.

Because one day, those ordinary moments may become the memories we would give anything to have again.

Never forget September 11, 2001.

Never forget the nearly 3,000 lives taken too soon.

Never forget the heroes who ran toward the flames.

Never forget the families who were forever changed.

Never forget the country that stood together.

And never forget that tomorrow is a gift not a guarantee.

May God bless the families who continue to carry the weight of that day.

May God bless every first responder, veteran, and service member who has sacrificed for our freedom.

May God bless those who still carry wounds we cannot see.

And may God bless the United States of America.

Twenty-five years later, we remember.
We mourn.
We honor.
We pray.
And we will never forget. 🇺🇸

Sometimes we get so caught up in wondering when things will happen that we forget to ask ourselves where we’re headed.

Trust your journey. You don’t have to have everything figured out, and you don’t have to move at the same pace as everyone else. Progress is still progress, even when it feels slow.

“The compass came before the clock because it’s not about the timing at which you’re moving in, but it’s about the direction.”

Keep choosing the direction that feels true to you. Keep taking the next step. Your timing may not look like someone else’s, but that doesn’t mean you’re behind.

You’re not late. You’re not lost. You’re becoming. Keep going. 🧭✨

❤️ Thank you, Creating Community ! ❤️

Today, because of the kindness and generosity of this amazing organization, we were able to help get a Veteran a fan after their AC unit unexpectedly broke. Until we can get their AC unit repaired, this fan will help keep them a little more comfortable and we are incredibly grateful for everyone who stepped up to help.

It’s moments like this that remind us what community is truly about: coming together, looking out for one another, and making sure no one is left behind. 🇺🇸❤️

We are still looking for a little more help. If you are in the Fort Worth area and happen to have an extra AC unit that you would be willing to donate or let this Veteran use until theirs can be repaired, please reach out to us.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who continues to show up, give, share, and care. Your kindness makes a real difference. 🇺🇸🙏❤️

Together, we can take care of our Veterans.
