What’s one of the best things to have on a hot, sunny day? A fresh cup of lemonade 🍋☀️

Our officers stopped by John’s lemonade stand this morning to cool down with a refreshing drink and support a young local business owner. We’re pretty sure John has a bright future ahead of him because the lemonade definitely got the official seal of approval from NPBPD!

Thanks for the great service, John, and for helping make our neighborhood a little sweeter today💙

During the early morning hours of May 14, 2026, North Palm Beach Police Officers responded to reports of suspicious individuals attempting to enter vehicles within the Village.

Officers quickly established a perimeter and, with assistance from Palm Beach Gardens Police Department’s drone unit, located multiple suspects moving through the area. Three juvenile suspects were taken into custody without incident. Although one suspect initially evaded capture, officers remained proactive and continued searching the area until the fourth suspect was apprehended

During the investigation, officers recovered multiple stolen items, burglary tools, and a knife.

We also want to thank the residents who quickly responded to our request for surveillance footage. The fast response from our community and the sharing of home security video continues to play an important role in helping investigators identify suspects and strengthen cases.

During National Police Week, we remember not only the officers who gave their lives in service, but also the loyal K9 partners who stood beside them every step of the way.

Today, we honor three members of the North Palm Beach Police Department K9 Unit whose service and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

🐾 K9 Deny
End of Watch: October 6, 2022
K9 Deny proudly served the Village of North Palm Beach for 5 years with honor and valor. A dedicated member of our K9 family, Deny was always ready to protect our community and assist his fellow officers. He courageously battled cancer until his passing.

🐾 K9 Cole
End of Watch: December 8, 2017
K9 Cole honorably served the North Palm Beach Police Department for 9 years. Known for his dedication and courage, Cole was happiest protecting citizens and apprehending criminals. He passed away following complications from emergency surgery after an unexpected medical event.

🐾 K9 Atos
End of Watch: December 5, 2008
K9 Atos faithfully served the Village of North Palm Beach for 9 years alongside his handler, dedicating his career to protecting our community. He passed away from medical complications at the age of 10.

Their watch may have ended, but their impact on this department and community never will. Thank you for your service, loyalty, and sacrifice💙🖤

The North Palm Beach Police Department is asking residents in and around Fairhaven Drive to check their exterior home security cameras following a series of overnight vehicle burglaries.

The incidents occurred between approximately 3:30 am and 6:00 am. Detectives are actively investigating and are asking anyone who may have captured suspicious activity, individuals, or vehicles on camera to please come forward. Even footage that may seem minor could help piece together the timeline of events.

Residents are encouraged to check their cameras, even if you don’t live directly in the immediate area, as the suspects may have traveled through nearby neighborhoods earlier in the morning.

If you have any video footage or information that may assist in the investigation, please contact Special Operations Sergeant Collura at [email protected] or 561-841-3302.

As always, remember to lock your vehicles, remove valuables, and report any suspicious activity to law enforcement immediately.

This week, the North Palm Beach Police Department joins agencies across the country in recognizing National Police Week, a time to honor the service and sacrifice of law enforcement officers and remember those who gave their lives in the line of duty.

Throughout the week, we’ll be sharing posts that highlight the people behind the badge and recognize the dedication, professionalism, and commitment our officers bring to this community every day.

We also pause to remember the fallen officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to others.

Thank you to all members of law enforcement for your continued service and dedication to keeping our communities safe.

We’ve seen the photo making the rounds online and let’s just say…our Anchorage Park sign has officially had a more exciting week than expected 👀🚲

The North Palm Beach Police Department is right on top of it.

For the record: the image circulating online is AI generated and not real. No e-bike was ever on top of the Anchorage Park sign, and there was definitely no “burnout” happening on it either.

That said, e-bike safety is something we take very seriously. Riders should always operate e-bikes safely and responsibly, follow traffic laws, and be mindful of pedestrians, parks, and public spaces. If you see unsafe behavior or concerning activity, please say something.

Unsafe or unlawful operation of e-bikes may result in enforcement action, including trespassing from Village property, confiscation of bikes, citations, or criminal prosecution when applicable.
