JUSTICE FOR INGOLD!

On Sunday, October 4th, Sacramento Sheriff's deputies executed Ingold while he had his back to them and his hands in the air. Ingold had dropped and kicked away his gun as instructed, even though he'd been startled out of his sleep by deputies just a few minutes earlier. While he was standing with his back turned, Ingold moved one hand to pull up his pants. The pigs fired kill shots immediately. Ingold followed the Sheriffs' every command, and they murdered him anyways. No amount of knowing his rights or 'acting right' would have saved his life; these pigs came with the intent to kill.

The Sacramento Sheriff's department, like every PD across this country, harbors murderers and promotes those most willing to defend their 'right' to kill with impunity. No internal or even external investigation will put an end to this brutality. The only thing that will is a fierce opposition by families who are organized to fight together, and a willingness from the masses of people to step out against the police every time one of our loved ones is brutalized or killed.

Ingold is deeply loved by his family, and he should still be here with us. Come out tomorrow, October 22nd at 1pm for the National Day of Protest Against Police Brutality in Stockton.

We'll talk more about O22's history, and about the mass character and confrontational energy that we hope to bring out on the day of protest. Invite all your people, and encourage them to throw in during this last week of outreach and preparation.

URGENT PHONE ZAP - END THE ISOLATION OF CARLOS MENDOZA!

Yesterday morning, ICE agents attempted to murder Carlos while he was on his way to work. He’s been in the hospital for over 24 hours, and his family, his lawyer, and the press have all been forcibly kept from communicating with him. His lawyer doesn’t even know if he’s conscious.

Call Doctor’s Medical Center NOW to demand they allow family and legal representation to be with Carlos! Hospital management will continue to hide behind ‘policy’ and ‘compliance’ to turn his loved ones and supporters away. We need to call these bureaucrats on their bu****it, and keep the pressure up until they’ve been allowed in for a visit. ‘Compliance’ with ICE pigs is a betrayal of the people and complicity with the mass deportation machine.

Theyre facing clear political repression for standing up against ICE and the attempted Murder of Carlos Mendoza. With steep charges and a ridiculous bail we know none of it will stand in court. Demand DA Jeff Laugero drop the charges! We will fight them in court and win!

Justice for Ivan! Just hours ago, ICE shot Ivan Carlos Mendoza during a targeted vehicle stop in Patterson, CA. Ivan is now at Dr’s Medical Center in Modesto. Join the fight to demand justice for Rocco! Take the struggle out to your neighborhood, your school, your people!

Our week of action drew out the enemy and put them on their back foot. We need to keep the fire lit under their ass, and our demands on the minds of the people. If you’ve watched Rocco’s loved ones bravely confront the pigs, seen us out in the streets, and are angry about yet another attempt to sweep police killings under the rug: get off the fence and into the fray.
