Dalton is an amazing little boy that has battled
kidney failure since birth. This page is for prayer, support and to raise awareness for organ donation.
In utero Dalton was diagnosed with PUV (posterior urethral valves). PUV forms irregular valves where the ureters connect to the bladder causing the urine to reflux back into the kidneys. Doctors gave Dalton a 0% chance at life. When he was born he only had 15% kidney function between both kidneys. We stayed by his side praying for a miracle. Merry Christmas from Dalton! Thanks for all the love and support. Sorry I haven't posted updates lately. Dalton has been very busy living life and being a happy and healthy kiddo. He's doing amazingly well! Thanks to his wonderful donor for giving him the best gift ever Debra Poland!❤️💚❤️

One year ago today Dalton received a healthy kidney! This year has been life changing. Dalton is able to enjoy and experience new things. I'm so grateful for his amazing donor, Debra Poland!💚

Super EXCITED! We're meeting Dalton's kidney donor for the first time today.💚💚💚
Dalton is doing amazingly well! I'm sorry I haven't updated everyone lately, we've been super busy enjoying this new life since transplant. I'm so thankful for Dalton's hero and all the awesome things he is able to enjoy now. We're going to meet Dalton's donor next weekend so I'll be posting pics soon of Dalton and his GOD sent angel.

I received a letter from Dalton's kidney donor today. Super excited to meet her! I was so overjoyed I hurried to the post office to send a letter back. Hoping this moves quickly!

Clinic day....Dalton is almost 6 months post transplant and he's doing great! He has gained a few pounds and grew a 1/2 inch in the last few weeks. Yay!!! We're hoping to start the process to meet the other people in the exchange with us.

Love my little man!!! Even when times are tough he always reminds me how much there is to be grateful for.
Today was much better for Dalton. No fevers in the last 24 hours. His doctors are still trying to figure out what's going on with his kidney. They don't think this is rejection. His labs are within normal range so that's great news. He had another ultrasound this afternoon. Hoping to hear something soon. Please keep praying!
Please say a prayer for Dalton. He was admitted yesterday with a temp of 104. There's no clear answer as to why at this point. His renal panel function shows the kidney is functioning well but an ultrasound shows inflammation in the kidney. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. I'll update everyone when I know more. Thanks!
