Their bravery, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to protecting the freedoms we enjoy today will never be forgotten. As members of the criminal justice community, we stand in gratitude and remembrance of those who gave all in the name of service.

Today, we celebrate the incredible women who have nurtured, guided, sacrificed, prayed, protected, and loved unconditionally. Happy Mother’s Day to every mother, grandmother, bonus mom, spiritual mother, mentor, and mother figure who continues to pour into the lives of others with strength, grace, and compassion.
Your love leaves an imprint that can never be erased. Thank you for the countless sacrifices seen and unseen, and for the impact you make not only within your families, but throughout our communities every single day.
We also take a moment to honor and uplift those whose mothers have passed away. We know today may carry both love and grief, gratitude and longing.
