The US Coast Guard Auxiliary's Flotilla 4-3 is located in Palo Alto, California of the South Bay Area. Our activities in supporting the US Coast Guard include but are not limited to: performing courtesy Vessel Safety Checks, hosting Public Education classes in the field of boating safety, participating in On-the-Water patrols, visiting Marine Dealerships, and augmenting Coast Guard personnel as a
