Are you registered for our Escape the Library event? It's almost time for our library escape room challenge to be put to the test. Your goal is to solve the puzzles and follow clues to escape, before time runs out!

Our Chapter Chat Book Club meets tomorrow to talk about October's monthly read. NYT bestselling author, Madeline Martin, will be joining us via Zoom to discuss her work, A Time of Witches! Join us on Tuesday, October 27 at 2 p.m. for a fun discussion led by WJHG's Jessica Foster.

New members are always welcome! Book copies are generously provided by the Bay County Public Library Foundation.

- Escape the Library, October 30 & 31 - Registration Required (Ages 13+)
Your skills will be put to the test in this fun library escape room! See if you can solve puzzles and follow clues to win, before time runs out! 4 players per round. To sign up for a time slot, call the library at 850-233-5055!
- Craft Drop-in on Saturday, October 31
Trick or treat at the front desk and create a spooky themed craft on your Halloween library visit! Costumes are welcome but not required.

Exciting news for our Chapter Chat participants! New York Times bestselling author Madeline Martin will be joining our October Chapter Chat Book Club via Zoom. She'll discuss her novel, A Time of Witches, along with what led her to writing this interesting story!

New members are always welcome. Extra copies of the Chapter Chat books are provided by the Bay County Public Library Foundation.

Our Middle Grades Book Club (6th - 8th grade) meets this Saturday, October 24 at 1 p.m. CT to discuss The Wild Robot by Peter Brown!

Check with PCB Library to see if book copies are still available. Each participant will receive a book to keep while supplies last. Books were generously provided by the Friends of the Bay County Public Libraries.

Book-opoly (K - 12th grade) and 1000 Books before Kindergarten (ages 0 - PreK) are still happening at the libraries in Bay County! Kids and teens can complete reading challenges and work towards earning small prizes!

Stop by the Bay County Public Library, Panama City Beach Public Library, or the Parker Public Library today to pick up a challenge.

The Book-opoly program was generously funded by the Friends of the Bay County Public Libraries through a Tyndall Cares Grant from Tyndall Federal Credit Union. The 1000 Books before Kindergarten program was generously funded by the Friends through a Community Services Foundation of Bay County, Inc. Grant.
