It is here to discuss what you are concerned about and also to understand what is happening in Payson. Several Payson Residents are running this page. Our reason for starting this page is to educate ourselves on the the current candidates. And to reach out to our current city counsel. Many people are not able to attend city counsel meetings. Or feel like there is not enough time at our "debates". There will be no candidate directly endorsed by this page. Our main objective of this page was to speak directly to the candidates who want to be on our new city counsel. So that they may educate us on their views and plans to help our city. So that we may make informed decisions about voting. ALL candidates have been invited. We will continue to invite anyone who works for the city, or who is on the current city counsel. Everyone is welcome and invited to participate. Everyone is welcome to comment or be involved. Our hope for the future is that the NEW City Counsel will use this page as a way to communicate with the community. Possibly stop rumors. Increase transparency.
