💙 Our annual membership meeting is postponed.

As our community comes together to clean up and recover from Hurricane Isaias, we’re reminded that community is at the heart of everything we do. The safety and well-being of our neighbors come first, and we look forward to gathering when the time is right.

Our October 18 membership meeting will be rescheduled for a later date, which we’ll announce soon. Thank you for your understanding, and please take care of yourselves and one another.

📸 A month later, but still feeling zen🧘‍♀️

Flashback to our Sunday’s Child yoga retreat last month! A huge thank you to Sunday’s Child member Rebecca Sathre and URU Yoga and Beyond for hosting us, board member Daniele Vergilio for organizing such a restorative afternoon, and our very own board member Stephen Mack for guiding us through a peaceful meditation.

Gatherings like these are one of the many perks of Sunday’s Child membership—giving our members more ways to connect, recharge, and build community beyond our grantmaking. 🫶

Speaking of grants! Stay tuned this Friday, October 2 at 12:00 p.m. CST for a special announcement of 2026 grant finalists. 📣

A huge thank you to all the nonprofits who submitted applications for our 2026 grant season. We’re grateful for the work you do every day to make our community a better place for all. 💚

Now, Sunday’s Child members: we need you!

Our grant review committees are forming, and we’re looking for members to help read, review, and vet this year’s grant applications. It’s one of the most important ways you can be part of the grantmaking process, and no prior experience is required!
