Stem Prep Little Lab

Hands-on learning isn’t an “extra” at STEM Prep Little Lab—it’s how our little scientists learn. 🔬

Designed specifically for ages 2–3, Little Lab gives children opportunities to explore, build, experiment, problem-solve, and make real-world STEM connections every day. With small groups, developmentally appropriate experiences, and a program led by an Early STEM Educator and PhD Researcher, we’re building curiosity and confidence from the very beginning.

Potty training is a big milestone—and families don’t have to navigate it alone.

At STEM Prep Little Lab, our Potty Pioneers Toilet Learning Program provides children ages 2–3 with consistent, positive support as they build independence and confidence with toileting.

Our approach includes:

* Consistent bathroom routines throughout the day
* Positive encouragement—never pressure or shame
* Age-appropriate independence skills
* Communication and partnership with families
* Support with recognizing body cues
* Handwashing and healthy hygiene habits
* A consistent home-to-school approach to help children succeed

Potty Pioneers is incorporated into our daily Little Lab experience, allowing children to learn this important life skill in a supportive environment while still enjoying hands-on STEM exploration, play, and discovery. 🔬🧪

Did you know Thanksgiving cooking is packed with STEM fun for kids? 🍁

While you prep for the big meal, invite your little helper to play scientists in the kitchen! Exploring with cornstarch and water (aka "magic oobleck") shows solid and liquid states in action.

Let them mash sweet potatoes and talk about change and textures, or watch yeast make bread rise; it's all chemistry at work! You don’t need special supplies, just a curious mind and everyday ingredients.

Ask questions together: What happens when we stir, heat, or mix? What does it smell and feel like? Tiny scientists love exploring their senses (and getting a little messy).

Tag us in your Thanksgiving STEM adventures! 🍂
