Trade out a rotted wood step for a nice concrete pad.

Out with the wood, in with the trex. A nice upgrade to the steps and landing.

Our first total bathroom remodel! Took it down to the studs and all new everything. A nice modern day upgrade from that old 70s bathroom.

Homeowner needed 1 coat of paint in the garage to look better to sell the house.

Kitchen walls had no insulation, said it was like an ice box in the winter. So we ripped the mortared and tiled walls, eliminated the single light with 4 new high hats, ran all new electric, framed insulated and drywalled. Homeowners claim night and day difference in room temperature now. Branden

Unfortunately I don't have more pictures of all the rooms. But this was a 700sq ft basement we ripped out the carpets and put a vinyl floating floor down. Totally changed the look of the basement.

Want some privacy? Framed out 2 walls and hung a door to close off an opening to a master bedroom. Also took down a bunch of cabinets and painted the wall to match.

A built in roof gutter had a slow leak and rotted out the ceiling of a porch. Cut it out, fix the leak, patch it like new.
