🏫 A busy morning in Souderton Borough!

Our officers had the opportunity to spend time with students at both of our local elementary schools today.

We partnered with Franconia Township Police Department for the annual “Walk to School” Day at West Broad Street Elementary, greeting students and families as they made their way to school. 🚶‍♀️🎒

Over at EMC Elementary, our officers participated in their annual “First Responder”Day, where students got to meet our officers, ask questions, and check out some of our equipment. We were joined by our friends from Perseverance Volunteer Fire Company and Souderton Goodwill.

Thank you to both West Broad Street and EMC for inviting us to be part of these wonderful traditions. We always enjoy spending time with our youngest community members!

See you next year! 💙🚓

🌟 A Local Legend is Honored 🌟

If you live in or drive through Souderton Borough, chances are you know Mr. Fellman!

For 17 years, Mr. Fellman has safely helped EMC students cross at the intersection of School Lane and Broad Street. He has also dedicated an incredible 50 years of service to the Souderton Perseverance Fire Department. ❤️

Earlier this month, Mr. Fellman officially turned in his yellow traffic vest and hung up his stop sign as he began his well-deserved retirement. We hope retirement brings him plenty of time to enjoy his family, relax, and catch up on some reading!

A huge thank you to EMC Principal Ferlick, her staff, and the students for showing their appreciation for everything Mr. Fellman has done for their school and our community.

The Souderton Police Department, along with our partners at the Perseverance Fire Department, was honored to be there to celebrate Mr. Fellman and his many years of dedicated service.

Congratulations on your retirement, Mr. Fellman, and thank you for everything you have done for the Souderton community! 🎉👏❤️
