Happy birthday, Ray! Thank you for all the work you have done for the community!
Please join me in wishing a very happy birthday to my friend and Bucks County legend, Ray Sears—better known to many as Dispatcher 64!
Long before Ray was behind the camera at 6ABC, he was behind the radio in the Bucks County 911 Dispatch room, helping guide help where it was needed most. From 1969 to 1978, Ray was part of that critical first link in an emergency, the calm, steady presence connecting neighbors in crisis with the first responders rushing to protect them.
That kind of service does not always make headlines, but it matters deeply, saves lives, and deserves our utmost gratitude.
Today, Ray continues that service in a different way—capturing the moments, people, and stories that keep us connected and reflect the heart of the region we are so lucky to call home.
Happy Birthday, Ray! Thank you for all you have done and continue to do for our community.

On Saturday, we had the opportunity to attend Bucks County Emergency Health Services’ 2nd Annual EMS Day! We were proud to join our partners at Emergency Health Services and Bucks County Emergency Management for a day of community engagement and public safety outreach.
Throughout the event, we had a great time connecting with community members, answering questions, and sharing resources about emergency communications and the vital role dispatchers play in the public safety system!

On Saturday, we brought Bucks-1 to Doylestown Township's Touch-A-Truck event! With a great turnout from the community, the event gave families a chance to get an up-close look at the equipment and technology we use to help keep the public safe.
