In honor of a PFD Lieutenant who was killed in the line of duty four years ago, the cadets of EMS Class #5 had an extra special round of PT Thursday at the Philadelphia Fire Training Academy. They participated in the Lt. Sean Williamson Memorial Workout. These exercises serve as a meditation on the service and sacrifice of those we've lost, and to motivate cadets as they embark on their own journey of dedicated service.

Williamson died on June 18, 2022 when an intentionally set fire caused a building to collapse. You can read more about Lt. Williamson at the link in the comments.
