🧠 October 10 is World Mental Health Day.

Today, we recognize the importance of mental health and remind one another that taking care of our mental well-being is just as important as taking care of our physical health.

Mental health challenges can affect anyone, and no one should feel ashamed to ask for help. Whether it’s reaching out to a loved one, talking with a professional, or simply taking time to care for yourself, small steps can make a meaningful difference.

I will always support expanding access to affordable healthcare—and that absolutely includes mental healthcare.
