Holy smokes, y’all, we have received a whole buncha donations from folks in Seattle and an awesome group of folks with disabilities locally have provided toys for the children! Tomorrow is going to be an exciting day at the free store!
If you’re interested in helping us maintain the free store for folks in government housing and the unsheltered hit us up here in messenger for direct donations OR

The kids at the complex are awesome. They unpacked everything and rode around on their scooters gathering neighbors. We also had a couple neighbors donate food for us to take to the zone.
If you wanna help out the Venmo is:

Venmo:

We have hit the point of being able to serve unsheltered communities and folks in government housing. Being able to support folks with items people are unable to purchase with EBT allows us to offer financial relief for folks in hopes they can keep a little change in their pockets to create memories with their friends and families. Our ability to provide hygiene and skin care kits for unsheltered folks is an honor. We hope y’all continue to support us through direct donations dropped at Double Nickel Collective in Tempe or via our Venmo. Big shout out to the folks Socialist Rifle Association - Phoenix, AZ for their continued support on collecting blankets, backpacks, socks, etc. It was awesome to link up with Feed Phoenix last night even though the contracted security provided through the city at The Zone were incredibly disrespectful to both unsheltered folks and those who serve the community.

We encourage folks to come out and support Feed Phoenix and the community living in The Zone on Thursday. If that’s not a good day for your schedule we encourage you and your homies to create your own crew and pick a day that works best for y’all to bring your own mutual aid. Hope to see y’all out there sharing in acts of kindness because in a world of division and aggressive competition, a community building upon compassion is a revolutionary act.
