I am beyond honored to receive the endorsement of Arizona College Democrats.

represents the youth of our party, empowering the next generation of Democrats and student activists across our state. I will always listen to and center student voices in both campaigns and policy because young people are the heart and soul of not only our party, but of so many movements throughout our history.

Right now, at a time when our campuses are under threat and free speech is increasingly under attack, organizations like Arizona College Democrats are more important than ever.

I am proud to stand alongside them and deeply grateful to have earned their endorsement.

We are proud to be mentioned among the Top 10 Most Effective Lawmakers in the Arizona Legislature. This report from the Center for Effective Lawmaking also pointed out that Arizona’s Republican-controlled Legislature is far more partisan than the average state.

It’s crucial we flip the State Legislature to Democratic control in 2026 so we can push forward stronger policies that protect working families and lower costs.

Congratulations to Independence High School student Giovanni Sanchez Hernandez who was awarded a $20,000 college scholarship from and the Renaissance Foundation! Gio is an aspiring attorney and will be attending Bowdoin College in Maine. You’ve made Legislative District 24 and the entire State of Arizona proud, Gio!
