You are saying that you want to stop people of being victims of family law court; but your name is ''victims of child protective services.'' I want to point out that those are two TOTALLY separate agencies! Family Law handles custody issues. DEPENDENCY court is a completely different court involving child protective services. Please differentiate that on your site because it doesn't look like you know what you're talking about.

I've been getting lot's of messages from victims of CPS searching for an Attorney willing to fight their battles. it seems like these attorneys are just as intimidated by CPS as we are.
Aside from being emotionally distraught we also must grapple with the reality that no one seems to care. All while the clock of due process is ticking away, trust me I been there, in fact a part of me is still there.
I've been away from this page for a while but I will start being more active and helpful in posting helpful material.

My name is Jermain Small and I am not an Attorney, I too am a victim of CPS and the reason that I created this page is so that People like myself could have a place to share our stories, help each other by contrasting our unique situations with one another in hopes that this information would some how assist someone out there too numb to respond.
We all have a few things in common, and we all know what it's like to feel helplessly violated.
It is our moral duty to reach out right here and educate others faced with the same strife.
I'm here in Tulsa Oklahoma today with a couple who saw their 2 kids for the first time in nearly a year, they get to spend two days at home before they are picked up by case worker's.
The positive thing is that it's clear that they will be permanently reunited, it was difficult watching a grown man cry but it was liberating none the less.
