Traumatic experiences can have a lasting impact on your mental health. Allies for Health + Wellbeing is offering a six-week therapy group to help individuals develop a deeper understanding of traumatic experiences, gain beneficial coping skills, uplift one another, increase self-esteem and resilience, and create community.
Join Allies interning therapists Jen Norton and Angelena Rico from 3:30 to 5 p.m., Tuesday, March 17, for the first of six sessions on coping with trauma. This session will be an overview of the series with opportunity for the group to set goals and expectations.
Sessions will be held at Allies for Health + Wellbeing, 211 N. Whitfield St., in East Liberty.
