The NHCO Transportation Assistance Program accepts donated vehicles to help families in need in northern Allegheny County, outside the City of Pittsburgh. Funds help our clients with emergency car repairs, insurance payments, car seats, AAA memberships, CONNECT cards, PennDoT fees, and possible vehicle purchase assistance.
