PMHFOS is excited to celebrate Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week during the week of November 2-8, 2025! This nationwide event is intended to bring "Awareness, Recognition, and Reinforcement" surrounding compliance and ethics, and aims to reinforce educational constructs and emphasize the importance surrounding these paramount concepts that support our ability to continue to provide quality care to the individuals we serve.

In celebration of Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week, PMHFOS has distributed customized PMHFOS Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week flashlights branded with the PMHFOS Compliance Logo to all PMHFOS employees. Additionally, there are multiple opportunities throughout the week for staff to be entered into a raffle for Nintendo Switch 2 devices!

PMHFOS has also selected seventeen employees across the organization to receive the 2025 PMHFOS Ethics & Integrity Award. This award is given to employees who demonstrate not only an understanding of the paramount concepts of Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week, but also exhibit compliance, ethics, and integrity in their daily actions in the workplace. Awardees receive an award and a one-time $500.00 Amazon Gift Certificate!

Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week is a great time to reinforce the principles of compliance and ethics and recognize the vital contributions of our staff in providing high quality support to the individuals we are privileged to serve.

Passavant Memorial Homes is excited to celebrate Direct Support Professional (DSP) Recognition Week during the week of September 7th-12th, 2025! While we appreciate the valuable work that our DSPs do to support the individuals we are privileged to serve year-round, we would especially like to celebrate the achievements of our direct care staff this week!

In order to recognize our DSPs’ vital contributions, we will be providing a $100 one-time, bonus to all staff, and will be raffling off prizes each day throughout the week for great prizes including Apple AirPods, Amazon Kindles, Bose Bluetooth Speakers, and Beats Headphones!

Applications are now being accepted for the 2025 PMHF Community Service Scholarship!

This scholarship awards $10,000 in funding for post-secondary education tuition costs to a high school senior who exemplifies the commitment of PMHF and the late Jamie Ellenberger to serving and improving their community.

The deadline to submit an application for the 2025 PMHF Community Service Scholarship is 3:00pm on Friday, April 25th, 2025!

We kicked off PMHFOS Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week at our Harmarville Regional Office with networking, giveaways, and recognition of our PMHFOS Ethics & Integrity Awardees! It was a great day reinforcing the principles of Awareness, Recognition, and Reinforcement!

We will be kicking off the week at the Harmar regional office location on Monday November 4, 2024, and any staff who visits the Compliance & Ethics Week table will to be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a pair of AirPods Max! Further, any staff who completes an optional compliance training during Compliance & Ethics Week will be entered in a drawing for a chance to win one of two AirPods Max!

Additionally, all employees will receive customized PMHFOS Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week sunglasses!

We will again be honoring employees with the “PMHFOS Ethics & Integrity Award.” This award will be given to a nominated employee who has truly demonstrated not only an understanding of these paramount concepts, but also exhibits compliance, ethics, and integrity in their daily actions in the workplace.
