Today we cut the ribbon on the newly renovated Allegheny YMCA in the North Side.
This renovation project is an investment in both this community institution and the families and people it brings together.

Today, I was honored to speak to the graduates of The Advanced Leadership Institute and Carnegie Mellon University's 2026 National Executive Leadership Academy.
This program is preparing leaders from Pittsburgh and across the country for executive advancement - all while balancing their careers ad personal lives.
I am especially proud of the City's own EMS Chief Amera Gilchrist who was among this accomplished group.
Congratulations to all of the graduates!

An 8-foot-tall Heinz Ketchup bottle made of Mancini's bread? It doesn't get much more Pittsburgh than that.
I was excited to be part of the unveiling of this work of art for National Ketchup Day at the Heinz History Center today to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Mancini's Bakery and the 157th anniversary of Heinz ketchup!
Moms Demand Action - PA has done incredible work in the City of Pittsburgh and nationally to combat gun violence. I am proud to stand with them today and everyday in this fight—we demand action.
