Adopt a Fire Hydrant🚒

If you have a fire hydrant near you, please help by shoveling out around the hydrant. This helps fire crews to see and access the hydrants quickly.

UPDATE: As of 12:00 AM today, July 12, all Allegheny County 9-1-1 systems are stable and fully functional. The same has been reported from 9-1-1 centers across the Commonwealth. As of 9:30 AM today, ACES continues to have no issues related to yesterday’s statewide intermittent 9-1-1 phone system problems.

We continue to monitor all systems and communicate with our PEMA and statewide 9-1-1 partners regarding the statewide system status and the root cause analysis process.

As a reminder, anyone needing to call 9-1-1 to report an emergency in Allegheny County may continue to call by dialing 9-1-1.
