Rest In Peace Fred. Pitcairn Ambulance was there with you in spirit.
Fred was technically on our roster as a member because of the response agreement with Monroeville #4. Fred also responded to countless calls as a member of Monroeville #1 .
You had an effect on so many peers, colleagues and patients.
The public safety community has some large boots to fill.
Rest Easy My Friend. We will All take it from here

THE END.
The last truck. Sold. Ambulance 378 sold and delivered yesterday to it's new owner. It's heading South. Way South. To Central America
It was bought by a Physician who is a cardiologist who has his practice and clinic in Guatemala. Patients who need transport to it will get there via this rig.
This doctors brother picked it up yesterday. He is a mechanic and had a shop in Brooklyn. Living the American Dream. Just transplanted to North America. Along with the truck we sold equipment to stock the truck. We were promised pics once it's re-lettered or wrapped and shipped to it's new home.
Good Luck 378.
Looks like the spirits of "Eggs" and Catherine to who this truck was both dedicated will need a passport 🤔
Two great people have passed.
Jack Streiner
Life member Pitcairn #1 Fire Dept and was an Emergency Management coordinator of Pitcairn and a member of Pitcairn Ambulance.
Fr. Stephen Shuga
Father Shuga was a founding member of the Homestead Ambulance Authority. He was a life member of the Homestead Fire Department, pastor of that Dept and for the Homestead Police Dept.
May they both rest in peace
